Short and Mid Term
Phase 1: Incubation (2012-2013)
- Founding the SNUSR, including the space, staffing, and financial resources
- Establishing the main functions and roles of the SNUSR. Transfer of existing social responsibility tasks in the University
- Initial implementation of social responsibility projects, research on resources that is linkable inside and outside the University
Phase 2: Expansion (2014-2015)
- Establishing independent projects of the SNUSR. Expansion of social responsibility education and practice programs
- Establishing an integrated management system for social responsibility-related projects within the University, managing human resources and financial resources necessary to perform tasks, and promoting connection with social responsibility-related resources inside and outside the University
Phase 3: Settlement (2016-2017)
- Securing and maintaining a stable foundation for the SNUSR, promoting the establishment of a social responsibility activity model of the leading University, and continuing and supplementing social responsibility education and practice programs
- Promoting the establishment of research functions related to local and global social responsibility and international development cooperation
Phase 4: Development (2018-2020)
- Establishing and spreading the leading social responsibility activity model of Seoul National University
- Practicing various local and global social responsibility activities based on knowledge and expertise
Phase 5: Expansion (2021-Present)
- Reinforcement of creative and leading social responsibility model practice
- Expansion and practice of customized social responsibility activities specialized for each region and target
- Formation of social responsibility network with domestic and overseas universities
